Ukrainians do not want elections. If someone does not like it, they can choose another citizenship - Zelenskyy
Most Ukrainians do not want presidential elections to be held until the war in the country is over.
This was stated today during a speech at the Munich Security Conference by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Censor.NET reports.
"I am ready to talk about elections. Ukrainians do not want this. They don't want it at all because they are afraid that we will lose martial law, the soldiers will return home, and Putin will seize all our territory. Now, we are mobilized... It is very important to keep it that way. We need unity in the country. The question is how to survive. If someone doesn't like it, they can choose another citizenship if they want," Zelenskyy said.
Kellogg's statement on the elections in Ukraine

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that there can be no elections in Ukraine during martial law. To do this, the Constitution and legislation must be changed.
US President Donald Trump's special representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, has called it a sign of a healthy democracy that elections can take place in a country even during a war. However, Kyiv should not hold them right now.
