"Ukrainian Scientific-Research and Educational Center of Standardization, Certification and Problems of Quality SE has finally succeeded in cancellation of nearly 13,000 GOSTs [Soviet era state standards - ed.]. The state is excluded from the process, all work is handed over to technical committees and national standards body," Nefiodov concluded.
