The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was not involved in organization of MP Savchenko's visit to the occupied areas of the Donbas.
As reported by Censor.NET citing 112, this was announced by SBU Head Vasyl Hrytsak.

"There has been no special operation that SBU was involved in. She (Savchenko - ed.) did not agree this visit with any governmental body, including the leadership of the SBU. In addition, I cannot approve of her visit to those areas. If anyone of our fighters went there -- from Alfa (secret forces unit - ed.) or volunteer battalions -- they would have been cut into pieces.

"I can't believe this happened without Moscow curators' blessing," Hrytsak said.
