The Verkhovna Rada regulation committee has considered the motion to lift immunity of Radical Party MP Andrii Lozovyi and found it legal but ill founded.
As reported by Censor.NET, the committee's decision has been announced by its acting head Pavlo Pynzenyk.
"The regulation committee of the Verkhovna Rada has found the motion by Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko on indictment of MP Andrii Lozovyi legally motivated but ill founded," Pynzenyk said.
The committee ruled to send this decision to Verkhovna Rada speaker Andrii Parubii together with the motion by the prosecutor general.
