A heart of a runner of the Kyiv International Run for Ukraine Half Marathon stopped after the run.
Photographer Andrii Basevych wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.
"Several participants are in a bad condition after the run. And there is only one ambulance for the entire marathon!" he said.
A young man felt a pain in his heart and the doctors started reanimating him. The runner stopped to breathe, while the doctors did not have adrenaline to restore his cardiac activity.
According to him, the ambulance took the man to the intensive care unit.
Later Basevych added that the doctors were unable to save the runner and he died in the Ambulance.
