This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SSU press service.

"In the course of the pre-trial investigation, the fact of illegal actions of one of the clergymen and his accomplices who participated in that service was established. This was confirmed by relevant expert studies.

Yes, the indicated persons are suspected of committing offenses under Part 2 of Art. 28 and Part 1 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants, committed by a group of persons)," the message reads.

We will remind you that it was previously reported that on November 12, on the 262nd day of Russia's open aggression against Ukraine, openly pro-Russian songs are sung in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.

The SSU began to study this incident. At the same time, it was admitted in the Lavra that they sang a song about "Mother Rus'". The priest was suspended. Later, the SSU opened criminal proceedings.
