In the Luhansk region, during the battle for the city of Kreminna, a National Guard soldier shot down an enemy reconnaissance UAV, Eleron.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the National Guard.
A guardsman with the call sign Lutyi says that it is a rather rare specimen and was landed using small arms. This UAV is a short-range aerial reconnaissance and surveillance system.
"I managed to capture this new Russian drone relatively unharmed. Therefore, I consider the hunt a success, and the interesting data from this drone was passed on to the relevant authorities of the Ukrainian Defence Forces," said the soldier of the 31st Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine.
