Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, who is in Kyiv, took shelter on Saturday night when Russia launched a massive drone attack on the capital.
According to Censor.NET, he tweeted about it, posting a photo from his hiding place.
"25 November, 05:10 am, Kyiv," Rinkevich captioned the photo.
