On the night of 20 December, a humanitarian aid warehouse of the Ukrainian Red Cross was destroyed in Kherson as a result of shelling by the Russian army.
This was reported by the Red Cross of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports.
"Last night, as a result of another shelling of Kherson, a warehouse with humanitarian aid of the Kherson regional organisation of the Ukrainian Red Cross was completely destroyed. A direct hit and the resulting fire completely destroyed the humanitarian aid stocks for the residents of Kherson region stored in the warehouse," the statement said.
It is noted that the staff and volunteers of the Kherson regional organisation of the URCS were not injured. Work to eliminate the consequences continues.
