Explosions in Luhansk, smoke rises near bus station. VIDEO
Russian propaganda outlets report explosions and arrivals in the temporarily occupied Luhansk.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to RIA Novosti.
"The missile strike was carried out in Luhansk, probably in the area of the bus station," the statement said.
"Several loud bangs were heard in Luhansk, and black smoke is rising," RIA Novosti also reported.
Meanwhile, videos and photos are being actively circulated on social media, allegedly showing the aftermath of the strikes on Luhansk.
No further information is available on the attack on Luhansk.
