19 administrators and contributors of Telegram channels who tried to disrupt mobilisation and spread locations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were exposed.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SSU press service.
It is noted that they also filmed provocative streams and spread fake reports about the Ukrainian military, including representatives of the TCR.
Detention in Khmelnytskyi region
The investigation revealed 14 people who had publicly called on persons liable for military service to evade mobilisation.
"In particular, the defendants published the locations and routes of movement of representatives of the TCR and the National Police. To distribute the content, they administered dozens of groups on Telegram and Viber," the statement said.
In Kyiv
Four residents of the capital published geolocations of mobile checkpoints in Kyiv region in Telegram chats. To disguise their criminal actions, the offenders created anonymous accounts on the messenger under fake nicknames.
In Vinnytsia region
A 30-year-old evader, who was hiding from mobilisation and called on in his Telegram channel to follow his example, will be tried.
Thus, five detainees have been notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces and other military formations).
It is currently planned to serve the other offenders with a notice of suspicion. The offenders face up to 8 years in prison.
