On 21 November 2024, Trotsenko Roman Serhiiovych, a mortar launcher of the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Charter", born in 1995, died during a combat mission in the Kharkiv direction.

This was reported on social media, Censor.NET reports.

As noted, Roman was the son of an ATO veteran, a volunteer fighter since 2014. From the very beginning of the full-scale war, he did not hesitate to defend our country and his family. He served in the Pavlohrad military unit, and later, after training abroad, in the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Charter", performing highly responsible tasks in difficult areas of the frontline in the Liman and Kharkiv directions.

"His parents loved him very much and were proud of their son! Roman had a happy family: a wife and a daughter who went to first grade this year," Tatiana Naida wrote on Facebook.

His wife says this about her beloved: "He was the best dad and husband! He loved us, he loved life. He wanted to live! He was always positive, kind and responsive. He was respected in the service, his opinions and decisions were always listened to. He was a professional in his field!"

"I have never met such a kind, sincere and friendly person as Roman. It is a pity that such people leave this world. But he will forever remain in my memory as a Man with a capital M!" his friends recall.
