Under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv Specialised Defence Prosecutor's Office, a doctor of the Kyiv hospital, a civil servant of the RTCR and SS of the city of Kyiv and a civilian were exposed and served suspicion notices.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the investigation, the former employee of the Kyiv military enlistment office involved an active employee of the RTCR and a doctor of the city hospital in a criminal scheme to smuggle persons liable for military service across the state border.

"The medical worker provided the men with fictitious medical documents, and the RTCR employee facilitated the passage of the military medical commission. As a result of these actions, the men liable for military service were able to travel abroad," the Prosecutor General's Office said.

The pre-trial investigation documented the receipt of the suspects' "services" by four men liable for military service. One of them crossed the state border of Ukraine using the conclusion of the military medical commission and a "temporary certificate of a person liable for military service with data on his exclusion from military registration".

In addition, the doctor is charged with assisting in the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine, and the former military enlistment office employee is charged with assisting in the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine and receiving an unlawful benefit for influencing the decision-making of a person authorised to perform state functions.

The suspects have been given a measure of restraint.
