Former Odesa military commissar detained, his property in Italy transferred to ARMA - SBI. VIDEO+PHOTOS
The State Bureau of Investigation detained the former head of the Odesa regional TCR and SP after he was released on bail in the amount of UAH 39.364 million.
This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation, Censor.NET reports.
He was served a notice of suspicion of new criminal offences, including organising obstruction of the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and drawing up knowingly false documents.
It was established that he falsified an injury not related to the performance of official duties and received illegal remuneration in the amount of UAH 165,480 for 2022.
In addition, as part of the criminal proceedings, the court transferred real estate owned by relatives of the former military commissar to ARMA. This includes a house in Spain worth €4 million and an office in Marbella worth €510 million, as well as Mercedes-Benz and Toyota cars worth over UAH 14 million.
It should be noted that the SBI has already submitted two indictments against the military commissar for corruption and official offences, which provide for imprisonment for up to 10 years.
