Strikes on Ukraine
As noted, yesterday the enemy launched four missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using five missiles, as well as 54 air strikes, including 105 drones. In addition, it carried out more than 6,200 attacks, of which 136 were from multiple launch rocket systems, and used about 1,800 kamikaze drones.
The aggressor carried out air strikes near the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Druzhkivka, Novopil in Donetsk region; Zelene Pole, Kamianske, Pyatikhatky, Ternove in Zaporizhzhia region.
Strikes against the enemy
Yesterday, the missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces hit two areas of enemy concentration, one air defence system, four artillery systems, and three enemy command posts.
It is also recalled that the total losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,430 people. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralised 9 tanks, 22 armored combat vehicles, 48 artillery systems, 1 multiple rocket launcher system, 121 operational and tactical UAVs, 77 vehicles, and a unit of occupants' special equipment.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
As noted, two hostile attacks took place in the Kharkiv sector in the vicinity of Vovchansk yesterday.
Six occupants' attacks took place in the Kupyansk sector over the last day. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults in the areas of Lozova, Bohuslavka, Pishchane, Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
The situation in the East
According to the General Staff, the enemy attacked 11 times in the Liman sector. They tried to advance near Zelena Dolyna, Novomykhailivka, Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, Yampolivka, and Kolodyazy.
Yesterday, the enemy tried to force our defenders from their positions in the areas of Bilohorivka, Verkhnekamianske, and Spirne in the Siverskyi sector six times by assault. They were unsuccessful.
Five attacks took place in the Kramatorsk sector yesterday in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar, Stupky, Bila Hora and Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out ten attacks in the area of Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 61 aggressor attacks towards the settlements of Mashivka, Yelizavetivka, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Novoukrainka, Udachne, Kotlyarivka, Novoandriivka, Oleksiivka, Uspenivka, Andriivka, Dachne and Ulakly.
The situation in the South
In the Novopavlivka sector, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled nine enemy attacks. The enemy concentrated its offensive efforts in the areas of Kostiantynopil and Rozdolne.
With the support of attack and bomber aircraft, the enemy twice tried to dislodge our defenders from their positions in the Huliaypole direction near Novopillia and Novosilka without success.
In the Orikhiv sector, near Novodanylivka, the invaders made one futile assault on the positions of our defenders.
In the Prydniprovske sector, the Russian invaders attacked our positions four times. After suffering losses, they retreated.
The situation in the North
"In the Kursk sector, our defenders repelled 12 enemy attacks yesterday, the enemy fired 347 artillery shells, eight of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, carried out 20 air strikes, dropping 29 drones," the General Staff said.
No signs of enemy offensive groups forming in the Volyn and Polissia sectors were observed.
On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is using artillery from the territory of the Russian Federation in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
