On 3 February, at around 3:50 p.m., the Russian armed forces conducted an air strike on the city of Kupiansk.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"A 71-year-old man was wounded. Residential buildings were damaged. It has been preliminarily established that the Russian army used a FAB-250," law enforcement officials said.
