"Shaheds" attacked Cherkasy region en masse: fires broke out on territory of three enterprises. PHOTOS

On the night of Tuesday, 4 February 2025, Russian troops massively attacked the Cherkasy region with strike drones.

This was reported by the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration Ihor Taburets in his telegram channel, Censor.NET informs.

"It was an extremely difficult night for our Cherkasy region. Air defence forces and means were engaged against air targets: a total of 12 'shaheds' were destroyed within our territory. However, it was not without consequences," the statement said.

Consequences of an enemy attack

In particular, in the regional centre, fires broke out on the territory of three private enterprises as a result of hostile attacks. In one case, the firefighting is still ongoing.

According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

"The survey of the area is ongoing. As is the assessment of the damage caused," Taburets concludes.
