On 9 February, the Russians attacked the Nikopol district with heavy artillery, used FPV drones, and dropped ammunition from UAVs.
This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak, Censor.NET reports.
The Russians attacked Nikopol, Pokrovske village, Marhanets, and Myrove districts.
"Two people were injured in Marhanets. A 30-year-old man was hospitalized in moderate condition with a mine-blast injury. Another victim, 76 years old, will recover at home. He was provided with the necessary medical assistance," said Lysak.
In addition to the petrol station and the truck, the area's infrastructure and administrative building were damaged. An educational institution, a five-story building, a dozen private houses, several outbuildings, and a car were damaged. Two gas pipelines and the same number of power lines were damaged.
As a reminder, on the afternoon of 9 February 2025, Russian troops attacked Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, with a kamikaze drone.
