The Security Service and the National Police eliminated new schemes for evading mobilisation. Law enforcement officers detained four organisers of the schemes in different regions of Ukraine.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SSU press centre.

It is noted that in return for bribes ranging from USD 3 to 20 thousand, they issued fake documents to the fugitives or smuggled them abroad bypassing checkpoints.

For example, a Russian citizen was detained red-handed in Kyiv for organising a channel for the escape of persons liable for military service to the European Union as drivers of international flights.

For conspiracy purposes, the defendant acted under the guise of a man - she had a short hairstyle, wore men's clothes and introduced herself with a fake name.

According to the investigation, before committing this crime, the Russian woman had previously been prosecuted for kidnapping and fraud.

In Lviv region, a 32-year-old local resident was suspected of offering potential recruits to escape abroad bypassing checkpoints.

The offender assured his clients that they would be met outside Ukraine by his accomplice, who would help the fugitives "legalise" in the EU.

In Poltava region, a local resident was detained who decided to earn extra money by "trading" in fake medical certificates of disability.

The defendant used personal connections among doctors to forge documents.

In Ternopil, the SSU Military Counterintelligence detained a local businessman who, with the help of accomplices in the TCR, "wrote off" evaders from military registration for health reasons.

The offenders were served a notice of suspicion in connection with the crimes committed under Part 3 Article 15, Part 3 Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transfer of persons across the state border and attempt to commit this crime).

The offenders face up to 9 years in prison with confiscation of property.
