On Tuesday, 11 February, Russian invaders shelled Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. A man was injured in the shelling.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Censor.NET reports.
According to investigators, at around 6:00 p.m., the invaders fired on the village of Kutkivka, Kupiansk district. A 54-year-old man was wounded. Private households were also damaged.
In addition, an ambulance came under hostile fire in the village of Monachynivka, Kupiansk district, around 10:00 a.m. The vehicle's windows were smashed and the door was punctured.
It has been preliminarily established that the racists fired at the settlements with Grad MLRS.
Pre-trial investigations into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated.
