Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO) has served an indictment to Opposition Bloc MP Mykhailo Dobkin.
As reported by Censor.NET, MP told journalists as he was leaving the PGO building.

Dobkin said he has been served an indictment under articles 364 (abuse of office) and 190 (fraud). He reminded that Prosecutor General Lutsenko spoke of article 191. "This means he didn't read what he had signed," Dobkin said.
Dobkin once again called it a political case, and said he turned in all his passports "to avoid speculations that I can flee."

The MP says he is sure he would not be detained today, and that many MPs are ready to bail him out.

Dobkin said he is going to contest the activities of the PGO in international agencies.

On July 13, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted in favor of the decision to lift immunity and prosecute Opposition Bloc MP Mykhailo Dobkin.
