Zelenskyy launches war against freedom of speech and democracy in Ukraine

The information provocations of the Presidential Office against Yurii Nikolov and the Bihus.Info team were realized through the involvement of state bodies. The state leaders used their power to fight against representatives of civil society who control the government and conduct anti-corruption investigations.

Unidentified people posted flyers on the door of Nikolov's apartment saying "Evader". Nikolov called the Ukrainian leadership "evaders" on a recent broadcast, and he had every reason to do so, citing arguments that the authorities have evaded responsibility in many cases. As it is known, President Zelenskyy avoided mobilization calls four times and did not register with the military recruitment office as required by law. Obviously, the provocation near Nikolov's apartment is connected to Zelenskyy's own offense at Nikolov's words.

It is all the more outrageous that President Zelenskyy and the Presidential Office have not condemned the provocations against journalists, and thus tacitly approve of such actions.

This means that instead of responding to criticism in the media, President Yelenskyy decided to shut up and discredit journalists who are independent of the government by any means necessary.

People's Deputy Bezuhla named Volodymyr Petrov, a propagandist for the President's Office, host of the state-run Rada TV channel and owner of the Iceland YouTube channel, as the organizer of the provocations against journalists.

Petrov admitted to actively working for the Yanukovych regime, which also organized provocations against journalists. It is worth mentioning that illegal surveillance of journalists was conducted not only over Bihus.Info

– During Yanukovych's presidency, law enforcement officers illegally filmed the private life of journalist Vitalii Portnikov and leaked the video to the Internet. Let us recall how, under the pretext of opening a criminal case, law enforcement officers attacked the Censor. NET office during the Maidan and stole all our equipment.

At that time, all this was done by the hands of Interior Minister Zakharchenko, who turned out to be a traitor to Ukraine and now lives in Russia. But Zakharchenko's henchman, Oleh Tatarov, is now back in control of the Interior Ministry, holding the high position of Deputy Head of the Presidential Office. Tatarov is undoubtedly coordinating the actions of law enforcement against journalists even now.

And Petrov is also "lushing out" journalists according to the model he developed in the days of Yanukovych.

Both the head of the Presidential Office, Yermak, who was an assistant to a Party of Regions deputy in his time, and the advisor to the Presidential Office, Mykhailo Podoliak, who was a PR specialist for the Party of Regions in his time, also support this attack on freedom of speech.

Yanukovych's servants, whom Zelenskyy has appointed to the highest positions in the state, promise the president to discredit and intimidate all journalists independent of the telethon.

They did the same thing for Yanukovych and helped pro-Russian bandits to seize power.

Therefore, I call on the Presidential Office to stop this war, which discredits not journalists but the government and the state as a whole, and to apologize for these bold attacks on freedom of speech. It will end badly for you, just as it ended for the previous client...
