On disability of prosecutor from Khmelnytskyi region Oleksii Oliinyk

Oleksii Oliinyk, Prosecutor of Khmelnytskyi region, commented on my post.
Prosecutor of Khmelnytskyi region Oliinyk commented on my post: he became disabled when... reading case files in his office
Here are the main points (spelling has been left unedited):
"... The number of prosecutors in the regional prosecutor's office is 225. And only 48 of them have disabilities, so it is not correct to say that the entire prosecutor's office consists of people with disabilities. Moreover, most of the employees did not receive disabilities in recent years.
...I personally have health problems. In 2005, I was injured at work while studying the materials of a criminal proceeding. I received a group in 2017 long before my appointment. The disease does not interfere with the performance of official duties. The issue of the presence of the group was considered during the certification by the commission with the participation of representatives of the public and international organizations... This issue was the subject of a criminal investigation by the central law enforcement agencies of the state. The phrase "covering up the corruption scheme of the head of the MSEC" sounds powerful, but it is not supported by anything in the publication, as are most of the author's articles criticizing the authorities. This can be said about anyone who has received a group and holds a position."
What is immediately surprising is the absence of a direct answer to the main question - whether the Oliinyks are really disabled, have 2nd group, or are they registered as such because of their connections to the corrupt Krupa? Why hasn't Prosecutor Oliinyk announced his diagnosis and whether it is confirmed by anything other than a certificate from the MSEC?
What kind of injuries did the then 25-year-old prosecutor Oliinyk suffer in his office in 2005 while reading or reviewing the criminal case file? 2nd group of disability is established if one of the following diagnoses is present:
"Fecal (urinary) fistula, unnatural anus in case of ineffectiveness or contraindications to surgical interference;
absence of one lung and chronic respiratory failure of the second degree due to pathological changes in the second lung;
paralysis of the upper or lower limb;
amaurosis in one or both eyes;
deafness;
significant skull defects (60 sq. cm and more) that are not replaced by autologous tissue;
short residual limb of the hip or both legs if prosthetics are not possible."
In other words, Oliinyk did not say anything about the grounds for his 2nd group disability, but shifted the responsibility for his actions to the commission and law enforcement agencies, and pretended that his injury in 2005 was a proven fact. No, the prosecutor's words are not confirmed by anything.
If Oliinyk was seriously injured in the line of duty in 2005, he should have undergone a medical examination back then and shown what exactly was found, and the document on the results of this examination would have been evidence.
However, the 2nd group disability was granted to Prosecutor Oliinyk only on July 19, 2017, by the decision of the CMO (Chief Medical Officer) of the MSEC Krupa with the issuance of certificate series AB No. 0944598. Moreover, it was established at once for the term of his life. And Oliinyk has not presented any other decisions on disability or severe injuries since 2005. Therefore, my allegation of corrupt ties with Krupa has every reason to.
Also, for some reason, the regional prosecutor did not comment on the injury or illness that his wife, prosecutor Iryna, his subordinate, sustained in the line of duty.
The question arises whether it is possible that prosecutors Oleksii and Iryna Oliinyk worked on the same case together in the same office and received the same injuries together. After all, according to our data, Iryna Oliinyk also received a 2nd group disability from the Khmelnytskyi MSEC the year after her husband, in 2018. In 2017, her declaration did not include income from a pension from the Pension Fund, and in 2018, the pension had already been accrued.
Why do the Oliinyks' disability payments amount to more than UAH 500,000 a year?
Because Oliinyk filed a lawsuit under case No. 686/19688/17 and received a decision from the Pension Fund to award him a pension of 60% of his income. Apparently, his wife Iryna did the same in 2018.
Furthermore, Oliinyk's claim that he received his disability "long before his appointment", which is intended to show that he allegedly had no influence before his appointment as a regional prosecutor, is a blatant lie. Since Oliinyk has been working in the prosecutor's office since 2002, and he received his disability while already holding a high-up controlling position in 2017, here is a list of them.
As for the number of disabled prosecutors. There are supposedly only 48 of them out of 225 prosecutors. 225 is the number together with district prosecutor's offices, and if we take into account the regional prosecutor's office itself, pensioners and disabled people will be in the majority there. 4 out of 5 heads of district prosecutor's offices in the region, for example, have applied for disability, some with their spouses together.
Conclusion:
Oleksii Oliinyk did not give any answers on the essence of the investigation, but only confirmed the validity of the accusations.
I wrote a message to Prosecutor Oliinyk with a proposal that he give Censor.NET an interview about all the circumstances of this case.
