More details In 2024, Ukraine has made significant strides in enhancing its electronic services, particularly for military and governmental functions. The introduction of the Reserve+ app has revolutionized the process of military recruitment, allowing users to both update personal data and explore vacancies in the Defense Forces. With over 2.7 million updates processed via Reserve+, the app showcases effective digital interaction for citizens.

Additionally, the e-document flow in the military through the Army+ application has seen more than 10,000 reports filed electronically, illustrating a robust adoption of digital services. The Ministry of Defense plans to expand the Reserve+ features, aiming to attract millions more users, enhancing user convenience and governmental efficiency.

Beyond military applications, the government under President Volodymyr Zelenskyi is pushing for broader digitalization. This includes initiatives like the development of an e-voting system for future elections and a comprehensive audit of public registers to improve e-governance. These efforts not only streamline services but also aim at reducing corruption and increasing transparency across various sectors.
