Gladkov announced this in a video message published on his Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
"I saw the appeal of scoundrels, murderers and fascists who allegedly want to meet with me, offering (to exchange. - Ed.) a conversation for prisoners. In fact, they came from the DRG, now there is a battle in Novaya Tavolzhanka. I hope that they will all be destroyed. By - it cannot be another by definition," he said.
According to him, civilians die every day at the hands of "these fascists". "Mutilated children and murdered old men - these are all that remain after their hands."
"The only thing that stops me from negotiating with them is our boys, who are in their hands. Most likely, they killed them... But if they are alive, from 17 to 18 in Shebekino. I guarantee safety," he summarized.
