The goal of the Ukrainian delegation at the first U.S.-Ukrainian Business Forum, which is to take place on July 13, 2015 in Washington, D.C., is to connect directly with key investors.

"Our goal is to show the new government and connect directly with key investors," Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavicius said at a briefing on Thursday, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

Apart from that, no other forecasts were made by Abromavicius as to the Forum's outcomes. The minister noted that involving a potential investor might take some time.

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade produced a promo video for investors, showing prospects and key achievements by Ukraine and its citizens. The video's idea is to show Ukraine's renaissance and openness in all spheres, from agriculture to IT. Ukraine is a country of unlimited possibilities for an investor, the one with top IT experts and high level of population literacy and education. It gives great perspectives for agriculture operators and engineers, and a business can be registered within two days.

According to Nataliia Mykolska, Ukraine's trade representative, the Forum has invited CEOs from TOP-200 U.S. companies. The speakers include famous billionaire and philanthropist George Soros and investment banker David Rubenstein.

Ukraine will present its agricultural, IT, infrastructure, pharmacy, energy, aircraft construction and rocket construction industries during the Forum.
