Russian dictator Vladimir Putin assures that the Russian Federation has allegedly never rejected to negotiate with Ukraine.

He stated this during a speech at the G20 online summit, Censor.NET informs with reference to the Russian propaganda news agency RIA-Novosti.

"Russia has never rejected peace talks on Ukraine," Putin said.

In addition, he once again mentioned the alleged "elimination of the civilian population" in Ukraine but did not say a word about the atrocities of the occupiers in our country.

"The war in Ukraine is not unimpressive, but the coup in Ukraine and the elimination of civilians there and in Palestine are not?" says the Russian dictator who waged war against Ukraine.
