On the night of 1 November, 29 drones were shot down over the regions of the Russian Federation.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defence.
It is noted that the air defence forces destroyed 20 drones over the Bryansk region, seven over the Kaluga region, and one each over the Smolensk and Kursk regions.
According to the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, on his telegram channel, a child was killed in the attack. Mash writes that an 11-year-old boy died after a UAV crashed into a five-storey residential building at around two in the morning. The apartment building's glazing, balconies, and facade were damaged. A residential building was completely destroyed in Starodubskiy district.
The governor of the Kaluga region reported a fire on the outskirts of one of the settlements outside of a residential area after the attack. The authorities of Smolensk and Kursk regions did not report any consequences of the strikes.
