In the morning, explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Donetsk in Budionnivskyi and Proletarskyi districts.

"At 10:20 a.m., local reports said that the former Institute of Metals on Shevchenko Boulevard was also hit, and debris was reported near the Kalmius bridge next to the institute. The building houses the so-called Ministry of State Security of the 'DPR' group," the statement said.
