Fedir Venislavskyi, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security and Defence and a 'servant of the people', explained the need to transfer servicemen from other branches of the Armed Forces to the Land Forces of the Armed Forces.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Channel 5.

"This is the need to provide rotation for servicemen who have been performing their tasks in the combat zone for a long time. In order to ensure their right to rotation, it is necessary to have someone to replace them.

Relevant servicemen from other branches of the military are usually trained military personnel who can be used as replacements, for rotation, to provide rest for those who have been fighting for a long time," the People's Deputy said.

According to Venislavskyi, this issue is artificially politicized.

"The political opposition of the parliament is artificially politicising this issue, talking about some unique specialists who are being transferred to the Army. There are no unique specialists being transferred, no aircraft technicians will be transferred to the Army. Those who can perform tasks without reducing the combat capability of the units where they served are being transferred," the "servant of the people" explained.
