Towards the end of the day on Sunday, 9 February, Russian invaders attacked Sumy with a "shahed". An enemy drone hit a car park in one of the city's residential neighbourhoods.
This was stated by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, in a commentary to Suspilne, Censor.NET reports.
"Rescuers, police and medics are working at the scene. At least 10 cars are damaged. The fire is continuing. On 10 February, in the morning, the headquarters for the elimination of the consequences of the strike will work," the official said.
Also, as a result of an enemy drone attack, windows in high-rise buildings were smashed.
On his Telegram channel, Kobzar showed the consequences of the enemy attack.
